Fun but not made for mobile networks 23/11/8

The game itself is quite fun but having constant lag spikes with normal cellular connection where the game become effectively unplayable is a huge issue making me quit the game more and more. Also quite a lot of pay to win but at least not huge inhibitors for grinding. Why do i need to be connected to the internet for PvE???
