Gacha problems 24/9/8

Hello cookie run kingdom good evening, I lose all my cookie please I need my cookie back I just downloaded cookie run kingdom back and now I logged in and I see me account is gone what should I do I lost my cookie I had so good cookies I had golden cheese cookie and Hollyberry cookie and mystic flour cookie and I had 50k rainbow cubes and almost 100k diamond and i was a high level i had all the costumes and all my cookies and now they are gone please help me I’m not lying please i need it back and every time i want to gacha i get only gingerbrave cookie or that wizard or that lollipop please i need my account back I hope y’all can help me please.
