pull rate bad 24/7/23

so I will write this in english with translator because I know many people here originally play global. This game is fun and I love the characters. What I don’t like is that the pull rate is bad, which is very sad because one of the main activities you do on that game is farm for crystals to get characters you desire to get. I am truly devastated that its like that, I hope it changes. Thank you Sega, Please take notice for this.
