This game sucks ☠️☠️☠️ 24/8/18

I have encountered an issue with the game for two consecutive days. Despite confirming that I have logged in, I am unable to enter the game. When I launch the game, it takes a very long time to load, and a message saying 'Necessary data is being retrieved' appears. I have tried every method, but none have been effective. I checked the network, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the problem still hasn't been resolved. I even wrote an email to SEGA afterward. However, when I finished writing and was about to send it, an error message appeared saying 'Failed to launch email, so the inquiry email could not be created.' My account is linked to Game Center, so it still logs in with that account. When I enter the game, it shows that I have successfully logged in, but it continuously reports an error in retrieving the data. Here is the Japanese version: 私は2日連続でゲームに問題が発生しました。ログインが確認できたにもかかわらず、ゲームに入ることができません。ゲームを起動すると、ロードに非常に長い時間がかかり、「必要なデータを取得しています」というメッセージが表示されます。すべての方法を試しましたが、効果はありませんでした。ネットワークの確認や、ゲームのアンインストールと再インストールを行いましたが、問題は解決しませんでした。 その後、セガにメールを書きました。しかし、書き終わって送信しようとしたところ、「メールの起動に失敗したため、お問い合わせメールを作成できませんでした。」というエラーメッセージが表示されました。私のアカウントはGame Centerにリンクされているため、そのアカウントでログインしますが、ゲームに入るとログインが成功したと表示されるものの、データの取得エラーが継続的に報告されます。
