Can’t change the language 24/1/11

Out of the sudden after playing many years game language changed to Chinese. In Settings it shows English, changing it to Chinese then English or any other language didn’t help. Tried to contact the support, it saysTap the No button in the lower-right corner and then tap Contact Us. but after tapping No button in the article there is NO Contact Us button so it’s a dead end and conversation is automatically ended. Game app is up to date, iOS too. Restarting game and phone didn’t help either.
