Mana and rank fixing 24/10/9

I have the mono red deck that only has 13 lands, yet I draw every land. I have another deck that is a land drop deck that is almost 30 lands and I'm Mulligan into no lands multiple times. How about the people who concede and drag out the timer, just so that the game will give them an algorithmic advantage? You don't need to know how to play MTG to win here, you just need to net deck and then play the algorithm.
