Bad customer services, bad algorithms, bad on report stuff 24/8/16

I got reported, said that i did a violation during a game, and the game ban me for something that I didn’t even do. It said that i said something bad during a game, but clearly, there was no toxic words at all during that game. Ofc by all means, i tried to appeal my violations, and then the system verified that I didn’t do any violations at all. But then i still got banned and muted by the system. During the after match post. If you said anything bad in the game, you will get a warning from the system. But i didn’t get any warning at all from the system, and still got banned. What a funny way to give a reward for a loyal player. I appreciate your development, and may this review be helpful to other player and the developers itself.
