Horrible match making and report review 24/5/4

The worst match making, you would sometimes get matched with new account players who think they're good because they got to a higher rank pretty fast. And the report is just trash even if you report other players they wont get the punishment they supposed to get. This game got horrible as it got popular especially changing heroes that are perfectly fine making them useless
