Completely disappointed. 24/7/16

As both Japanese and Latin American, I was very excited to see the new region, Natlan. But I got really disappointed when the new characters were introduced. Why are they pale? Most Latin Americans aren’t that pale..EVEN Japanese people are dark skinned. But the worst thing is that you just designed characters inspired by REAL deity’s and gods that are dark skinned. Even a Nigerian deity, and the Inspired character is PALE. I’ve been a Genshin fan for many years and this isn’t the first time this company disappoints me. Fix your characters and learn about proper skin tone variations. I apologize for my bad English since this isn’t my first language. Thank you for reading.
