Unfriendly for new user 24/10/9

Very hard to compose a team to win the Grand Pirates, even though I’ve played OPTC for more than 10 years, and I never gained 15 wins, so think about it, new players will feel frustrated when they always lose, and they will delete the game and never play again, old players like me feel frustrated too, asking why are we continue playing? Just because we love One Piece story but the operation of the game is terrible, they don’t consider both new and old players, what they think about is more SSR less quality, not the fun or good experience, only money! I believe their revenue should be reduced a lot!
