Mobile apps block service despite payments 23/7/13

A bug in both Apple and Android mobile apps fails to update and blocks service despite payments for multiple devices having been paid. Basically a breach of contract. To date support service has been unable to remedy the situation. On the verge of switching to other streaming services. At a time when all of Hollywood is on strike due in NO small part to Netflix and other streaming services destroying the system which maintained the balance between production and distribution, one would think customer service would be paramount.
