Very Poor Customer Support Serivce 23/9/24
Worst experience. The staffs or agents as what they call have no game knowledge. I reported a bug before entering the season map that could cost the whole season for every individual player, didn't have any progress for 4 days. We had 4 days before entering the season map yet there was no solution discussed nor progress was made to solve the issue. They also insisted that it was normal and talks like they know better than the players which is ridiculous.So far this is the worst customer support I have experienced in my entire gaming life.
