Deduct money from my account but didn’t get diamonds don’t know why? 23/10/3

I’ve been playing this game since it launched. I love this game and enjoy with my friends. But recently when I bought weekly diamonds which cost 240 yen but they deducted 540 yen from my account and when I report to apple for refund instead of getting money back you guys deducted 240 diamonds from my account saying that I get that diamonds from bug or something else.but actually I lost 540 yen and diamonds too.it’s not that big money but the trust I give to this game is broken.I almost spend 150k in this game and recently I got scammed so I won’t buy any skin and diamonds from now on. my Id is 46822460(7203) and IgN is Zenix. I also have receipts and proof that 540 yen is deducted from my account while buying weekly diamonds and instead of getting money back you guys deducted 440 diamonds from my account so please if you can’t give money back then give me my diamonds back for compensation.
