Do something about your help and support 23/11/4

Good game but their help and support center is just disappointing. Game is working fine with wifi but is unplayable when using mobile data (4g). I wrote my issue to supercell through the contact form and they replied that I have to use the help and support from the app. However, it doesn’t allow you to write any issues, only choose from a range of options. It just seems like the supercell team doesn’t want to help you out at all.
