Decent content terrible app 23/12/11

The content is halfway decent but the interface is really substandard. I live in Japan but the settings are set to English and yet whenever I download content to my device it is in Japanese. How difficult can that be to manage. For one of the richest companies in the world you would think you could hire decent coders. Guess not.
