Tie always goes to the other! 24/3/4

I’ve been playing this game for approximately one month, have tied on about 30 games, yet the tie always goes to the other person. It’s incredibly unfair. Why is this the case? It makes me not want to continue. If it continues I’ll inform my friends and colleagues to quit as well. Free or not, it should be fair.
