UI language on Apple TV app and Smart TV cannot be changed from Japanese 24/7/28

The most thing that is really annoying me is the UI language of Apple TV and Android TV cannot be changed to other languages and it's forced to be Japanese. For mobile app, UI multi-language is supported properly. I supposed several people made the same complain in other channels, but no one from Amazon JP heard this message. And, Hulu, Netflix, Disney+ can all set UI muti-language.
