Why English is not in JP version? 23/9/12

What Square Enix does is that they don’t care non-Japanese speakers. I’m learning Japanese but it’s not enough at this moment and I’d like to play it in a language that I can understand. Square Enix, Capcom and other Japanese video game developers need to release their video games with other languages in Japan. I don’t understand why they don’t! Therefore, as a fair point, I gave 1 star!
