Great game, poor rates or unlucky pulls, constant crashes 22/12/22

Possibly the most fun I’ve ever had on a mobile game but practically unplayable as it crashes all the time—and I mean alllllll the time. Fight giants? Crash. Time attack? Crash. Let it play an event on auto? Crashes after 1 or 2 stages. Can’t fully enjoy events, can’t get rewards, can’t complete missions. And pulls are 95% disappointing. Maybe I’m unlucky, but I hate needing 90000 rubies just to get characters/get them leveled high enough to be of any use, and get their specials. If the game doesn’t crash for you, save your rubies for months. That’s my advice.
