Great game, draconian rules 23/7/30

Great game. I got banned because I requested a refund after not receiving the in game event bonuses that we’re supposed to be received with the purchase. The devs had issue with how their anniversary event was functioning and did a very poor job in English explaining the issue and what they were doing about it. Very frustrating and disappointing.
