Currently subscribed but the video quality isn’t great. 24/4/8

I’m subscribed for the monthly subscription, but even then, the video quality is inconsistent. It’s sometimes pixelated and sometimes good. The video quality netflix posts on their yt acc has better quality than the ones in the app itself. Please add an option to change which quality watchers would like to watch just like how you can choose between 144p-1080p and the automatic video quality as well.
