annoying behavior ＆ frustrating limitations 24/9/6

What might otherwise is a very clean UX/UI is spoilt by extremely annoying behavior and frustrating limitations including constantly changing content thumbnails making it harder to remember whether or not content has been viewed, a rating system with too few possible ratings, lack of support for IMDB or similar, unreliable updates of whether or not content has been viewed, display of content previously viewed in content listings and as recommended content, and despite tagging with adjectives such as “cerebral” and nouns such as “noir” lack of search using such tags. Extremely annoying bug in which content that has been viewed (entire series as well as Indian episodes) is marked as that has not been viewed.
