Cheaters Run Wild / Terrible Avatars 24/4/18

Cheating is rampant in the game. People with multiple accounts bully gyms. Often their characters have the exact same name and clothing and after reporting the game does nothing. They have no desire to actually fix what is broken. For technical issues, like getting kicked out of raids, the customer support is unwilling to compensate you for lost items. And now… they’ve updated the avatars with a new appearance that doesn’t even resemble humans. Grey skin tones, flabby waists, and scrunched up faces. I’m convinced whatever design manager ordered and approved this update must never interact with actual humans, nor have they actually looked at themselves in the mirror. Out of touch with reality and their player base. Simply put, they should not be working any longer at Niantic.
