If you protect it in battle, it won't move. If you win, the app will crash and it will be assumed that it never happened. There's a bug where Pokemon GO Plus won't connect, but I can't fix it. I lost my raid pass, which is a paid item, and even though I sent an image of the evidence, I received a reply that it was processed normally, but never got it back. Even if you make an inquiry, they will respond with a canned message and do not listen to what the players have to say. It's wonderful management. Nice Niantic.
