Customer Support Doesn’t Ban Abusive Players 24/6/2

Despite how many times you will report players for having multiple accounts that lock up gyms, spoof around, etc. their customer support does nothing about it. No account suspension, no banning. It completely ruins the gameplay experience. Even if you have errors with raids, which happen often, like getting kicked out and then not being able the chance to catch the raid Pokémon, the customer support doesn’t do anything.
