Fun, but be careful wary of events and accountability 24/11/5

I was playing this and made a big effort with collecting max particles during an event (which I got). There was some kind of bug and it didn’t register DURING the event. I get if there’s an issue and it can’t be fixed after, but the very least is a decent apology vs what I got. An apology that implied (twice) that I acquired this all after the event despite me messaging support whilst it was happening before the end of the event. The least a company can do is ‘my bad that shouldn’t have happened’, but they still won’t acknowledge it. Disappointed.
