Pokemon Go Raid event glitch 23/9/18

Today September 18,2023 okinawa there was an raid event mega gardevoir we won but then the screen turned white with timer still running and i couldn't enter in eventhough the raid finished and i couldn't get the mega stones and gardevoir also it kicked me out from game (by the way its not internet because im in wifi full bar no one is playing i can play call of duty/ pokemon go and not lag!) but then it shows on my bottom screen error ! With respect i would like an further research and compensation for this incident and also this has happened before many times not just me but in pokemon go community, facebook .
